Full-time Position


Position Overview: Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions at RCA in healthcare and general business areas, complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines. Collaborates with other members of the team to identifying job requirements and creating interview
Specific Responsibilities:
* Works with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
* Assists with both external and internal hiring efforts
* Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
* Manages the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
* Counsels the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
* Uses social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
* Assists in the development t of corporate employment resources
* Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
* Uses applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding.
* Develops relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manages the procurement and measurement process.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field
* Proven experience in talent acquisition
* 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
* Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
* Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
* Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
* Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
* Excellent communicator
* Well-organized

Work Environment: May work in a variety of environments including professional offices, clinics, hospitals, or out-patient facilities. They spend much of their time on their feet, actively working with patients.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
