Recruitment Marketing and Events Manager

Full-time Position

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will develop marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness to increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of applicants across all digital platforms and work on initiatives that support retention goals. He/she is responsible to design and execute virtual and in person hiring events at our existing facilities and future facilities as we grow. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will partner with the recruiting team, HR and other key stakeholders to ensure that recruiting goals are met.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hiring events (virtual and in-person) including scheduling, promoting on Indeed, RCA websites and other marketing channels, managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring that all events are consistent efficient, and represent the RCA brand in the best possible light creating a welcoming and professional experience for candidates
  • Ensure in-person events are compliant with updated COVID-19 guidelines and corporate policies
  • Work with hotels and/or meeting facilities to book and manage off-site events
  • Communicate all event-related information and logistics in a systematic way to recruiters and all internal event stakeholders
  • Using SEO tactics, optimize job descriptions for key job platforms with other members of recruitment marketing team
  • Work with to become an expert on their services and provide support to recruiting team
  • Create workflow processes and contribute to training for recruiting team to ensure understanding and proper use of key tools (Indeed) and RCA brand knowledge
  • Work with marketing creative team to develop engaging content for flyers, ads, emails, banners, billboards, signage and other items as required by the team
  • Contribute copy, editing and graphics to our careers page, email campaigns, microsites and social media
  • Develop strategies and collateral to enhance the candidate and new hire experience




Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, PR, Human Resources, or relevant field required
  • 4+ years’ experience in event planning (in-person and virtual)
  • 2+ years in Digital Marketing
  • An in-depth knowledge of advertising to draw attendance at job fairs (digital and traditional marketing, social media, online job boards, etc.)
  • High energy self-starter who is passionate about events, marketing, candidate experience and growing businesses
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills required
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities and manage projects smoothly to completion
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Graphic design experience is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
