Owned by Recovery Centers of America, GENETWORx quickly pivoted in March 2020 to become a leading provider of COVID-19 tests. GENETWORx offers COVID-19 accurate diagnostic tests, antibody tests, testing and reporting software, on-site testing management and more for universities and colleges, long term care facilities, Fortune 500 companies, and more. The Graphic Designer for GENETWORx will be part of the GENETWORx Marketing Team, based out of King of Prussia, PA, and work closely with the GENETWORx lab team based in VA. This is a key role within the organization and the ideal candidate should possess an understanding of what makes sales and marketing collateral effective, usability considerations for web design and how to optimize traditional ads such as print, out of home, etc. You will have the opportunity to lead the development and evolution of the GENETWORx brand guidelines, as well as those for future brands, to ensure our marketing is consistent in look and feel and effective at driving interest and customers. If you are an experienced, talented Graphic Designer who has created visually compelling digital and print content from concept to final application and are passionate about portraying companies well to drive demand for product and services, this role is for you. Specific Responsibilities: * Develop and evolve GENETWORx brand guidelines, as well as brand guidelines for future brands * Ensure all marketing content is consistent with our brand * Champion our brand throughout all channels: web, social, print, advertising, internal communications, etc. * Design marketing materials such as sales collateral — flyers, brochures and presentation slides- as well as online banners, newsletters, social media ads, webpage layouts, social media ads, etc. * Design world-class packaging for B2B and B2C healthcare products, inclusive of boxes, instructions, etc. * Design and creation of presentations that are rich in detail and leverage artistic assets to amplify the story * Create visual assets for product illustrations such as logos, infographics, charts, etc. * Support and enable various internal teams and employees by developing brand assets * Support Customer Service with creatives for client demos, instructions, etc. * Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products and services effectively * Stay up to date with industry developments and tools Education and Experience: * 5+ years of design experience, preferably within a corporate setting supporting Sales and Marketing, but freelancers will be considered * Experience within the fields of healthcare and/or retail is preferred * Stellar portfolio that shows excellent thinking, design and presentation work. It will be required that the portfolio be shared in the interview process * Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Knowledge of WordPress and similar CMS platforms. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is ideal * Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts * Exceptional attention to details * A ‘can do’ attitude and love of problem solving * Strong interpersonal and communication skills — with the ability to work with multiple stake holders throughout the organization, take direction, ask questions, take feedback, and actively participate within a team, collaborative environment. * Own and execute multiple projects at once, managing time effectively; meeting and exceeding deadlines.
