Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Sr. Manager of Growth and Engagement Marketing who will lead strategy development and go-to-market planning and tactical execution for Shoutout™ and key outpatient service lines.

This position serves as a key partner to clinical and operational leadership for identified service lines and is responsible for leading development and implementation of integrated marketing and audience engagement programs to meet business goals.

This role is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to grow awareness, growth, and user engagement through a strong knowledge of key audience personas and pathways, clinical area, market research, business analysis, communications, and marketing strategy.

Experience in integrated marketing strategy, customer segmentation and engagement important to the success of this candidate.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing Strategy

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategy Development. Manages development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for prioritized service lines in target markets to support RCA’s digital health business objectives. Maintains an in-depth understanding of service line business strategy and patient journey to inform marketing efforts. Leads planning and execution of campaigns in multiple marketing channels (broadcast, digital, social media, print, direct mail, etc.) Responsible for end-to-end campaign management including establishing campaign objectives and strategies, identify marketing channels, develop content, track progress and measure success using data to analyze performance of campaign against key performance indicators.

 

2. Stakeholder Management. Serves as the primary point of contact in Marketing & Communications for clinical and administrative leadership of prioritized services lines. Meet with service line operational and clinical leads to discuss growth objectives and marketing needs for priority programs. Work with representatives from clinical and administrative functions to develop, plan and implement and evaluate marketing plans and initiatives. Presents campaign and supporting materials to leadership teams to seek feedback prior to implementation. Communicate with client about progress of marketing plan development and implementation throughout all phases of the project.

 

 

3. Tactical Execution. Collaborates with Marketing Operations, Alumni, Product Development, Design Services, Content, Digital Marketing, and other Marketing teams to develop and optimize service line marketing efforts. Works internal functional support areas vendors including agencies, freelancers, printers. Role requires production experience (TV, Radio, video, etc) creative capabilities, writing skills, editing skills, media planning, events management.

 

4. Project & Budget Management. Proactively manages work with internal departments as well as external vendors to ensure all campaign activities are implemented on time and within budget. Responsible for budget planning, tracking, optimizing, and reporting, and often working closely with Finance.

 

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or any related field from an accredited institution.

· Minimum 5+ years of experience, developing integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans inclusive of traditional and digital. Experience with CRM strategies, Digital experience or experience with direct-to-consumer healthcare or healthcare applications a plus.

· Experience instituting and participating in an organized creative development process for campaigns

· Experience understanding and analyzing performance data and market trends, then communicating insights to drive future advertising strategies.

· Communication with executive leaders of the company in a daily function.

· Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project and time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills, as well as an articulate and positive problem-solving attitude.

· Work Environment: Work in a professional office space, with some flex/remote work available

· Travel: Travel is limited. Some local travel during the business day is required, as well as some out-of-the-area and overnight travel (<5% of the time).
