Shoutout Health is creating an entirely new experience for individuals seeking Behavioral Health services. We’ve built a comprehensive technology platform that incorporates social support, telehealth, and unique content that inspires, teaches and motivates clients to achieve meaningful recovery and wellness. Utilize your digital experience and design skills along with our technology capabilities to immerse our clients in a more meaningful therapy experience utilizing evidence-based, trauma informed and person-centered practices.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the end-to-end digital experience of all related internally and externally facing products, services and systems.

· Establish a CX collaboration and coordination process that enables us to bring our CX Principles to life in the digital experiences throughout the company.

· Evaluate, innovate, and improve our digital experience and technology systems to create consistency and alignment.

· Engage with clients and staff to identify opportunities to improve CX using industry best practices.

· Create and maintain a broad program of initiatives and collaborate with Product Management and Technology to produce roadmaps that can be planned, prioritized and published.

· Work alongside our Sales and Marketing teams to communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the program to the internal stakeholders and develop collateral that supports position as a market leader.

· Understand the competitive landscape, sources of competitive advantage, and trends in the industry.

· Market intelligence — understand the market forces and disruptors in the digital health industry that create opportunities: e.g. digital transformations, regulations and industry standards, CX technologies.

 

 

Education & Experience

· Are an imaginative and experienced digital product leader who’s inspired, and has inspired others, to create and deliver world-class digital experiences for your clients, partners and employees, through innovative design, development and delivery

· Are a business technology (BT) manager with demonstrated success leading teams who design, build, implement and operate third party software platforms, and develop applications and business intelligence systems

· Are flexible and curious, with the focus and poise needed to work, inspire and lead in a fast-paced environment

· Are a divergent thinker and innovator, always looking for ways to improve our systems and the prospect, patient, partner and employee experiences they provide

·

· 5+ years of experience related to Customer Experience in the digital health industry

· 5+ years of SaaS and mobile product UX/UI design and development

· 5+ years of formal product management methodologies

· Expertise in digital engagement personas

· Experience with CRM, telehealth, and digital engagement solutions is essential.

· Well-developed people management skills to interact with, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and 3rd parties.

· Proactive attitude and willingness to engage in detailed, hands-on analysis when necessary.
