  • Sales coverage model and territory planning
  • High-level planning and goal setting (e.g., % shift of revenue that has to occur from covid to other products over time)
  • Sales forecasting (% mix from what products and customers) and setting priorities what business we want and set sales call targets by accounts e.g., Assisted living and nursing homes for non-covid testing
