Position Summary:

As our Head of Digital Experience and Technology, you’ll have the opportunity to transform how your team and the company design, configure, develop and utilize technology to provide world-class experiences.  Create a seamless customer experience (CX), and that passion extends not only to our patients but to our internal team as well. Your goal will be to turn your team and our technology systems throughout the company into an innovation engine and information resource that enables everyone in the RCA community to do their best work with the least amount of friction. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the end-to-end digital experience, and all related internally- and externally-facing products, services and systems, including our:
  • CX System: Establish a CX collaboration and coordination process that enables us to bring our CX Principles to life in the digital experiences throughout the company
  • Product Management System: UX/UI Design and Development 
  • Business Technology (BT) and Process Management Systems
  • Understands digital engagement personas
  • Working collaboratively, you’ll evaluate, innovate, and improve our digital experience and technology systems to create consistency and alignment with our Company Values and CX Principles 

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent15+ years of increasing leadership
  • Accountability in strategy, process improvement and innovation
  • Experience successfully leading change and shaping and leading future-focused capabilities
  • Demonstrated strength in talent and team leadership, including experience leading remote teams and/or geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to build, communicate and lead organizational goals and priorities
  • Strong business and financial acuity with ability to think analytically and strategically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues
  • Ability to work effectively and prioritize demands within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Success in partnering with, and influencing, key internal and external partners, with the ability to influence up one or more levels to ensure fully aligned plans and programs
  • Strong executer with a savvy strategic mindset
  • Experience in supporting and driving transformational initiatives/projects.
  • Experience building digital and online capability for an organization
  • Honed relationship-building and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with a strong record of developing high performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and in a hands-on capacity
  • Business technology (BT) management experience with demonstrated success leading teams who design, build, implement and operate third party software platforms, and develop applications and business intelligence systems
  • Divergent thinker and innovator, looking for ways to improve our systems and the patient, partner and employee experiences they provide
  • Takes calculated risks to achieve greater success/ Doer mentality
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, flexible, and very fast-paced environment; demonstrates a sense of urgency
