Position Summary:

RCA is making a strong push into digital healthcare and is building a team of top notch architects and engineers to build out new digital experiences for our clients. We are searching for people with a passion for technology and customer experience to help us bring a new level of care to those in need.

As a successful candidate, you thrive on using data to help business leads make stronger, data-driven decisions. You excel at answering complex business questions with compelling data visualizations, dashboards and performance metrics. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for synthesizing data will be essential tools for this role. Your overall goal will be to help our company analyze trends to help improve our product and reach more people in need of mental health and addiction treatment.


  • 5+ years of analytics experience
  • Experience in data analysis tools like SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience in reporting tools like Excel
  • Experience in data visualization software like Tableau or QuickSight
  • Experience in analyzing data in support of SaaS like Google Analytics and user growth and conversion
  • Mathematical and statistical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and can-do attitude
  • Experience in the healthcare, mental health, or substance abuse sectors are nice to have

General Responsibilities:

  • Build out reports to surface and track metrics for business units in support of data-driven decisions
  • Analyze existing data to answer ad hoc business questions
  • Synthesize various data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that can be valuable for understanding user journeys and needs
  • Support building KPIs and other visualization artifacts for executive leadership
  • Documentation and data dictionary maintenance


Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
