Director of Digital Marketing

Recovery Centers of America (RCA) was founded with the mission of helping to save millions of lives from the disease of addiction. Over a few years’ time, RCA has expanded to include 15 facilities offering inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment. Due to COVID-19 and the increasing prevalence of mental health services needed, RCA has expanded our outpatient and telehealth services. RCA is creating a world-class mental health telehealth service with 24/7 inspirational, educational, and expert content, as well as access to clinicians, recovery meetings, and more.

 

The RCA Marketing team, based in King of Prussia, PA, is participating in the creation of the long-term vision for this service and is responsible for establishing it as a nationwide brand, creating the go-to- market strategy and executing on it in order to drive millions of customers and subscribers.

 

The Digital Marketing Director will play a key role in managing all digital advertising efforts for the company, including, but not limited to, paid search, SEO, display, YouTube, and social. The focus will be on acquisitions/direct response. Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for attracting and converting new customers via digital marketing efforts for the new RCA telehealth brand. The Digital Marketing Director will design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to multiple audiences for various services offered within the program. The focus will be largely D2C, with some B2B as well for key audiences, such as employers, universities, etc.

The Digital Marketing Director will own digital advertising programs, driving traffic to the website and subscriptions to our services. They will be responsible for managing the launch of a new website, ongoing SEO strategy, world-class UX/UI and ongoing testing and learning. They will also own the social media channels, promoting the brand and engagement, and driving leads.

The ideal candidate is creative, able to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy, has a passion for cutting-edge digital marketing, and is data and results-oriented. They will report to a VP of Teleheath Marketing at Recovery Centers of America.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Establish and aggressively grow RCA in the telehealth space to become a nationwide, leading provider of mental health telehealth services in the US.
  • The Digital Marketing Director must be experienced in paid digital channels. They will be responsible for determining when paid search, retargeting, paid social and display banners are viable investments for driving leads and customers and optimizing performance to drive down cost per acquisition while driving up business.
  • Responsible for developing a new website that has the objective of engaging visitors (consumers and businesses) and driving account set-ups and subscriptions. This involves front end and back end SEO, user experience, visuals, content, etc.
  • Establish the new brand as a significant player in social media, driving followers, engagement and clicks to improve brand awareness and sales.
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for each digital channel.
  • Collaborate on creative development to support new programs, products and services, including hands-on copywriting, landing pages, ad campaigns, etc.
  • Champion the customer experience online from beginning to end, ensuring it is simple, effective and attractive.
  • Expertly navigate Google Ads, Google Analytics, DSPs and other interfaces to build, optimize and maintain all campaign.
  • Constantly test and learn to improve performance.
  • Manage relationship with any potential external agencies and partners regarding digital efforts.
  • Stay on top of the latest capabilities, skills and tools for digital advertising, coordinating efforts with team members focusing on other aspects of marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and present planning and results presentations to be shared internally with company executives and leadership.
  • Lead and mentor colleagues, potential eventual direct reports and others throughout the organization in digital marketing knowledge, strategy, passion and execution.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred. Masters, a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in acquisition-based/direct response Digital Marketing positions on the agency or client side
  • Experience launching new websites, ideally with a retail or sales-oriented aspect, as well as an engagement aspect
  • Expert in paid digital advertising channels, such as Paid Search, Retargeting, Display and Social Media. Google Ads Certified.
  • An in-depth knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Extensive experience in SEO and the creation of web content aimed at driving traffic.
  • Experience working with web developers and UI/UX experts in creating a customer experience that drives customer demand.
  • High energy self-starter who is passionate about digital engagement experiences.
  • Laser focused attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to manage numbers, budgets and reports.
  • A relationship builder and collaborator who works well with others as well as independently.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities and manage projects smoothly to completion.
  • Experience in healthcare or retail businesses is a plus.
