Position Overview:

 

Specific Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in creating, curating, and posting engaging content across selected social media channels to drive web site referrals, audience growth, engagement and facility patient admissions.
  • Manage and execute paid digital media campaigns, which may include social media, display, OTT, CTV, and other digital channels.
  • Manage digital online business directory listings for each of our facilities.
  • Manage the marketing content approval process with our internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing tactics and web analytics.
  • Manage and update our content calendar
  • Aid in managing RCA’s online brand reputation management
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
  • Incorporate tracking mechanisms in all digital marketing relates activities.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of social media platforms for strategic communication and marketing purposes.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail; strong QA and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of analytics, web, and social media measurement technologies
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush), and Social Media tools
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skill sets
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills
  • Driven and a self-starter with a high-level of strategic / critical thinking skills complimented by a creative mindset.
  • Must have strong proofreading, copywriting, copy editing, and grammar skills
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible, compassionate
  • Must have sound understanding of standard concepts, practices, procedures, regulations and compliance within the Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Must have strong proofreading, copywriting, copy editing, and grammar skills
  • Must have strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Must have advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with strong collaborative skills
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible, compassionate
  • Must have ability to understand all business processes within the Credit Union
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to complete all assignments with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible and able to shift resources and priorities as required
  • S. Degree in Marketing, equivalent education
