Our Mission Center is the heartbeat of RCA and the initial point of contact for all of RCA’s clients including patients, loved ones, referrals, and more. We show up every day for our friends, family, and neighbors who have been affected by drug and alcohol addiction. Our Mission Center team members handle inbound calls, web forms, and chats and screens them for addiction treatment eligibility. Our contacts are then guided by the Mission Center towards an appropriate treatment route. Our Mission Centers professionals are confident, empathetic, high-spirited, and knowledgeable.
